Welded meshes and frames YuG-SVARKA AI, AII, AIII, etc.

Welded meshes and frames are manufactured using modern high-performance multielectrode contact welding machines. The reinforcement mesh complies with GOST 23279-85. The places of welding of reinforcing bars in the grid meet the welding type K1-Ct according to GOST 14098-91.
Parameters of the welded reinforcement mesh:
Embedded parts are metal elements of metal structures, the purpose of which is to link together prefabricated metal and metal metal structures. Embedded parts are made of strip, sheet, round and reinforcing steel, and steel corners and channels can also be used in them. Embedded parts consist of metal plates and anchors welded to them. Iron plates of embedded parts can have: diamond-shaped, square, trapezoidal, rectangular, triangular appearance. Embedded parts have a different arrangement of anchor rods: parallel, perpendicular, mixed and inclined. Embedded parts can be open and closed.
- Diameter of welded fittings (AI, AII, AIII) — 5-14mm;
- Cell sizes — from 100x100mm to 300x300mm;
- Cell size adjustment — smooth;
- Grid dimensions — no more than 2350x6500mm.
- Frame width (in axes) - up to 1.2 m;
- Frame length — up to 9m;
- The diameter of the longitudinal reinforcement (AI, AII, AIII) — 5-28mm;
- The diameter of the longitudinal reinforcement (AI, AII, AIII) is 5-16mm.
